Since inception, we at GH&F have focused exclusively on representing middle-market and growth companies. Our experienced professionals provide a variety of financial and strategic advisory services, including but not limited to mergers and acquisitions, private placements, financial advisories and special situations advisories. Firm History Founded in 1995 by Hunt Greene and Brian Holcomb, the goal of Minneapolis-headquartered GH&F since its inception has been to bring the variety and sophistication of financial and strategic advisory services offered at larger, full-service Wall Street investment banks, to the Main Street middle-market and growth companies often over-looked or thought of as “too small” to be of interest to larger banks. With no inherent conflicts of interest and client sizes ranging from $10-$500 million, GH&F became a premiere middle-market firm because of the sophistication of services and senior-level, expert attention that we are able to provide to all of our clients. As GH&F’s success and reputation grew, so did the partnership. Chip Fisher was made a partner in 1998 and opened a GH&F office in Phoenix, Arizona. Over the next 10 years, Kyle Crowe, Kent Adams, Eric Nicholson and Paul Jevnick all joined the GH&F partnership. Today The GH&F team now numbering more than 20, has completed over 750 transactions for recognized public and private companies, with transaction values totaling over $50 billion. Our industry expertise includes Business Services, Consumer, Energy and Infrastructure, Food and Agriculture, Healthcare, Industrials and Technology and Telecom.
