« Back Amir A. BerenjianVice President Amir Berenjian joined GH&F in 2010 as an associate. Prior to joining GH&F, Amir was a senior analyst at Chartwell Capital Solutions where he spent the majority of his time executing valuation engagements for ESOP’s, equity compensation plans (IRS and SEC compliance), buy-side and sell-side fairness opinions and buy-sell agreements. In addition, Amir was involved in a variety of other investment banking activities, including buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions and restructuring engagements. Amir has been involved in over 100 engagements across a broad range of industries with companies ranging in size from $10 million to over $1 billion. Amir is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management (BSB) and grew up in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.
