« Back Mark J. HorvickVice President Mark Horvick joined GH&F in 2011 as an associate. Prior to joining GH&F, Mark was a senior associate at the law firm of Kirkland & Ellis where he spent the majority of his time executing M&A transactions for private equity clients. Mark has been involved in over 50 M&A transactions ranging from a few million dollars to several billion. He has substantial experience structuring and negotiating buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions as well as experience with carve-outs, spin-offs, refinancings, PIPEs, work-outs, restructurings and 368 sales. Mark is a graduate of Augsburg College (BA) and Indiana University – Bloomington (JD/MBA). Mark grew up in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota.
