« Back Prescott (“Scott”) M. GerlingVice President Scott Gerling joined GH&F in 2005 and has been involved in a broad range of business merger, acquisition, strategic advisory, fairness opinion and recapitalization transactions. Prior to joining GH&F, Scott spent five years of active duty as a Cavalry officer in the United States Army and is an Iraq war veteran. Scott is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point (BS).
