Chris Greene has extensive experience working on a variety of investment banking transactions including buy and Sell-Side mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, corporate and private equity divestitures, private placements and leveraged buyouts.  Chris’ direct transactional and industry experience includes manufacturing, healthcare and telecommunications.  He has provided investment banking services for a broad range of privately held companies as well as public companies, including 3M, MTS Systems and Nilfisk-Advance.  Buyers of his clients have included Cargill, Hitachi Medical, Parker Hannifin, American Capital as well as numerous financial buyout groups.  Prior to joining GH&F, Chris worked for D.A. Davidson & Co., a full service investment banking firm located in Portland, Oregon.  Chris has also gained experience while working with Piper Jaffray in Minneapolis and at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.  Chris is a graduate of the Charles H. Lundquist College of Business at the University of Oregon (BS).
