Chip Fisher is a seasoned corporate executive with extensive experience in all phases of large and small business enterprises.  Chip started his business career at National Car Rental where he led the company in acquiring licensees and negotiating operating agreements in building a worldwide corporate organization.  Subsequent to National Car Rental, he personally acquired and owned ten Dollar Rent-A-Car businesses and was at one time the largest franchise holder in the Dollar Rent-A-Car system.  Prior to joining GH&F, Chip was one of the top executives at Jostens Inc., a New York Stock Exchange-listed provider of education and recognition products and services with revenues in excess of $800 million.  Throughout his 23 years at Jostens, he was responsible for the company’s administrative and legal functions as well as its new business and corporate development activities, including managing, implementing and integrating its growth and acquisition strategies.  In this capacity, Chip directed over 75 acquisition and divestiture transactions as well as various joint ventures.  In addition, he had executive operating responsibilities for all of the Company’s growth businesses, including its direct marketing and consumer products businesses, international operations and educational software businesses.  Chip heads GH&F’s Phoenix office and is a graduate of the University of Minnesota (BA) and the University of Minnesota Law School (JD).
