Scott Gerling joined GH&F in 2005 and has been involved in a broad range of merger and acquisition transactions and strategic advisory assignments involving public and private companies as well as private equity groups. He has varied investment banking transaction experience including buy- and sell-side merger and acquisition transactions, fairness opinions, recapitalizations, strategic and financial advisory assignments and valuations. Prior to joining GH&F, he spent five years of active duty service as a Cavalry Officer in the U.S. Army and served a tour of duty in Iraq. Scott is a graduate of numerous U.S Army advanced leadership schools and holds a B.S. from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
