Matt Greeson has a decade of experience in number of professional fields, including corporate finance and investment banking.  Matt joined GH&F in 2004, he has been involved in a broad range of investment banking transactions, including buy- and sell-side merger and acquisition transactions, capital raises, fairness opinions, financial advisory assignments and restructuring engagements.  Prior to joining GH&F, Matt spent five years within the Corporate Finance and Legal organizations at U.S. Bancorp where he was responsible for managing the US Bancorp’s relationships with more than 500 law firms worldwide.  Matt is also an avid kiteboarder and can often be found on one of Minnesota’s many lakes during both the summer and winter months.  Matt is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire (BBA) and the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management (MBA).
