Brian Holcomb has specialized in mergers and acquisitions since 1981. During his 28 year career, Brian has been active in valuing, structuring and negotiating transactions for numerous private and public companies. Buyers of his clients have included Actuant, C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Faribault Foods, Goldner Hawn, Integra Telecom, Newell Rubbermaid, Norwest Equity Partners, Pella Corporation, Ralcorp Holdings, Telephone and Data Systems, The Riverside Companies, Weston Presidio and Wind Point Partners. He has also orchestrated several leveraged buyouts which involved complex structuring, strategy and acquisition financing. Prior to forming GH&F, he was a managing director of Goldsmith Agio Helms (Lazard Middle Market) and a managing director of Piper Jaffray where he co-directed its merger and acquisition activities. Brian is a graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College (BA) and the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management (MBA).
