Joe Lavely has spent his entire career (15+ years) focused on corporate finance, representing a wide variety of private and public corporations and financial sponsor groups. Currently, Joe leads Greene Holcomb & Fisher’s Financial Sponsor Team. Joe’s background in mergers and acquisitions, including private and public company sales, corporate and private equity divestitures, leveraged buyouts and recapitalizations, fairness opinions and other financial advisory assignments, provides a strong foundation for wide variety of investment banking services for clients throughout the U.S. Prior to joining GH&F, Joe worked in both the Research and Corporate Finance Departments at Piper Jaffray. Joe is a graduate of the University of Kansas (BS).
